Our Team:

The lofty goals of Intaspordia cannot be achieved without a highly capable, motivated and creative pedagogical leadership team supported by an equally capable and motivated sports, media and art training team. We have assembled the best talent first to enable us imagine and design a Sports, Media and Arts Academy being the first in the region. We are trailblazers and in designing and making INTASPORDIASM work, we cannot rely on CTRL C & CTRL V.

  1. Prof. Michael Wainaina, PhD

Founder and Lead in Institutional & Programs Design and Strategy.

I have vast experience in designing and directing modern learning ecosytems. I am a strong believer that the modern generation must learn differently and must be taught to thrive in a world that is alien to their parents and their teachers. Visionary pedagogical transformation guided by the exigencies of the modern world and the needs of the modern kid is urgently needed. Our children are ahead of us, for us to assist them, we must adopt a radical paradigm shift. Otherwise we will be left, and have largely been left talking to ourselves. The most we can do is delay and hold back our children. Transformation is the main reason I do this. I have said often, If I cannot do a School differently, I would not be doing a School at all.

As a transformational educationist, I have designed and heavily invested in a futuristic educational space and ecosystem in INTASPORDIASM The ecosystem breathes life into our motto: “All we can do, for all your child can be”. I am committed not just to providing the modern parent and the modern child with a modern and transformational educational experience today, but also to continuously push the boundaries on educatioinal innovation, ensuring that INTASPORDIASM is at the cutting edge of educational empowerment, to guarantee ourselves and the country a generation of kids well trained and equipped for the challenges of the 21st Century.

  2. Mr. Michael Muthama. Principal and C.O.O, INTASPORDIASM

I pride myself on my experience in implementing modern pedagogical designs and leading teams of educational and child development practitioners to navigate the change in skill and attitude that is required to drive change in the education sector. I have grown up at a time when there has been a devaluation of the teaching profession. Despite this, I chose the career since it allows me to understand modern learners, re-educate myself about their schooling and make a difference in how they learn. Throughout my career, I have dedicated myself to transforming and creating a modern learning environment for my students.

As a pedagogical leader, I am committed to ensuring the learning ecosystem at INTASPORDIASM gives all learners a personalized and interactive learning experience by training and retraining my team to develop the requisite knowledge and skills. A quote I treasure most ascribed to Madeline Hunter says, “Expecting all children the same age to learn from the same materials is like expecting all children the same age to wear the same size clothing.” Therefore, at INTASPORDIASM we have adjusted to the demands of the modern world and modern child and designed the pillars of the modern learning ecosystem coupled with the Competency Based Categories.
